ANURADHA TIWARI Digitally signed by ANURADHA TIWARI Date: 2025.09.16 17:32:01 +0530 2 2 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following relief(s):- “It is, therefore, prayed that the Hon’ble Court be pleased to allow the petition and be pleased to quash the First Information Report dated 07.05.2025 along with the charge- sheet and taking cognizance by learned JMFC Bilaspur on 16.06.2025 proceeding in connection with the crime bearing Crime/FIR No.31/2025 u/s 85, 82(1), 296, 115(2), 351(3), 3(5) of BNS (Annexure P-1) (colly), in the interest of justice.” 3 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, inasmuch as the charge-sheet has now been filed before the competent Court. He, however, prays that liberty be reserved in favour of the petitioner to file a fresh petition, if so required, at an appropriate stage in accordance with law. 4 The prayer so made appears to be fair and reasonable. 5 Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty reserved in favour of the petitioner to take recourse to law. 6 Let the certified copies of the First Information Report as well as the relevant annexures produced along with the petition be 3 returned to learned counsel for the petitioner, after retaining photocopies of the same on record.
