2 Constitution of India against the illegal and arbitrary action of the respondent No. 4 & 5 by which the respondent No. 5 had unlawfully, illegally and maliciously unilaterally relieved the petitioner from the Govt. Middle School Pronnat Matadewaly, Bhatapara on 30.11.2024.
2. In pursuance of direction given by this Court, Smt. Jasmine Raj Singh, Head Master, Govt. Middle School Pronnat Matadewaly, Bhatapara, District - Baloda Bazar-Bhatapara (C.G.) has appeared before this Court through video conferencing and would submit that as soon as the petitioner report for duty, she will allow him to join the duty.
3. It is directed that the Principal of institution shall see that all the teachers perform their duty and if there is some grievances with the performance of the teachers, she will inform to the State who are disciplinary authorities and they may consider it and if any hindrance in compliance of the order passed by the State by the petitioner, this Court may take serious view.
4. The petitioner is directed to join the duty latest by Monday i.e. 22nd September, 2025.
5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition is
disposed of.
