It is submitted that the main criminal petition is filed by the petitioner by stating that the petitioner is arraigned as Accused No.7, whereas, in the charge sheet the petitioner is arraigned Accused No.11, as such, the petitioner seeks to permit the petitioner to mention the correct Accused Number as well as order passed by this Court.
