Act), Court No. 1, Varanasi in SCC Suit No. 41 of 2015 during the pendency of this revision before this Hon'ble Court and/ or pass such other and further order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice." Learned counsel for the revisionist submitted that very same controversy has already been decided by this Court in S.C.C. REVISION No. - 59 of 2025 (M/s Samriddha Construction and Hotel Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Hari Ram and another) on 14.05.2025, therefore, this revision may also be allowed on the same terms and conditions for which learned counsel for opposite parties has no objection. Accordingly, writ petition is allowed in terms of judgment dated 14.05.2025 passed in S.C.C. REVISION No. - 59 of 2025 (M/s Samriddha Construction and Hotel Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Hari Ram and another).
