1. 2 / 3 (ANNEXURE P/3) in accordance with law and provisions of CGLRC within some stipulated period of time. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass appropriate directions stopping the construction done by respondent no. 4 on the land in dispute till the adjudication of the application / Objection of the petitioner, in the interest of justice. 10.3 Any other relief (s) that this Hon’ble Court may deem fit to grant in the interest of Justice.
2. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner would confine his prayer to the extent that the Respondent No.2 may be directed to decide the pending application /objection of the petitioner dated 21/08/2025 (Annexure P/3) within a stipulated time period.
3. Learned State counsel in this regard contend that respondent authorities have no objection in deciding the application of the petitioner.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents.
5. Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner and the no objction given by the State counsel, it is
directed that Respondent No.2 shall decide the application / objection of the petitioner dated 21/08/2025 (Annexure P/3) within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid observation, the instant writ petition stands
