Hon'ble Praveen Kumar Giri,J. It transpires that petitioner's application for allotment of house under the Pradhanmantri Rural Housing Scheme is engaging the attention of the authorities. It is stated that though the claim has been processed but the amount has not been released in terms of the scheme. Learned Standing Counsel states that petitioner's grievance shall be examined by the authority competent, in accordance with law. In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to represent her grievance before respondent no.2, annexing all relevant materials in support of her claim, alongwith a certified copy of this order, within two weeks from today. The concerned authority shall examine the petitioner's claim, in accordance with law, by passing an appropriate order, within a further period of two months, thereafter.
