It is a case arising out of rejection of appointment of petitioner on the contractual appointment on post of Shiksha Mitra on ground that petitioner was not found resident of village Gonghat, Tehsil Gola, District- Gorakhpur. This writ petition is pending since 2015 and the Court is taken consistent view that after such a long time period, when scheme of Shiksha Mitra was abandoned, no relief can be granted otherwise there is no substantial material on record to contradict above referred finding against the petitioner.
