Perused the record. Originally, the petitioner herein is accused in Crime No.17 of 2025 of Lepakshi police station. By an order, dated 04.04.2025 in Crl.P.No.1978 of 2025, this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in the said crime, by imposing certain conditions. One of the condition therein binds him to attend before the Station House Officer, Lepakshi Police Station, Sri Sathya Sai District, once in a week i.e., on every Monday between 10.00 a.m. and 01.00 p.m., until further orders. Thereafter, the petitioner herein filed I.A.No.2 of 2025 in Crl.P.No.1978 of 2025 seeking relaxation of condition referred supra. On 30.07.2025, a coordinate bench of this Court vide orders in i.A.No.2 of 2025 in Crl.P.No.1978 of 2025 modified the condition imposed on the petitioner to the extent that the petitioner/accused No.1 is directed to appear before the Station House Officer, Lepakshi Police Station, Sri Sathya Sai District, once fn a month. Now, the present the interlocutory application is filed to relax the condition of periodical attendance before the Station House Officer; Lepakshi Police Station, Sri Sathya Sai District. Leaned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by thi^ Court. Considering the submissions made, the condition imposed on the petitioner herein vide orders in I.A.No.2 of 2025 in Crl.P.No.1978 of 2025 dated 30.07.2025, i.e., to appear before the Station House Officer, Lepakshi Police Station, Sri Sathya Sai District, once in a month, is hereby relaxed.
