It is noticed by this Court that the Interim Order given by this Court 2. dated 03.05.2025 in W.P.No.10526 of 2024 has been complied with by the sole Respondent by passing a Speaking Order dated 08.07.2024 bearing Memo No.1035/OP.A3/2017 (265155). Learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Speaking 3. Order has been passed without addressing the issues raised by the Writ Petitioner in the Representation submitted by the Writ Petitioner on 17.07.2023. Irj contempt jurisdiction, this Court would not look into the merits of the Order ppsed by the Official Respondents dated 08.07.2024. Once the Interim Order has been complied with by passing the Speaking Order, it is up to the Petitioner to initiate appropriate proceedings challenging the correctness of 4. the OrdiSr, inasmuch as this Court, under the Contempt Jurisdiction, would not judicially review the correctness or otherwise of the Order passed by the Special Chief Secretary to Government, Department of Energy, dated 08.07.2024. In this view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that there is no 5. contempt per se in this Petition. Accordingly, the Contempt case is dismissed. No order as to costs. 6.
