The petitioners filed the above writ petition to declare the action of the respondents in not paying the fixed travelling allowance (FTA), mobile bills and conveyance allowance to the petitioners on par with the employees working under Rajiv Vidya Mission (SSA), as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Page 2 of 4 SRS,J C.C.No.254of 2012 The said writ petition was disposed of on 22.12.2011, directing the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioners, for providing them Fixed Traveling Allowance, Mobile Bills and Conveyance Allowanctand pass appropriate orders as per law, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order. 3. In the affidavit filed in support of the contempt case, it was pleaded that despite the receipt of a copy of the order, the respondents failed to pass an order. 4. The contempt Case was listed on 29.03.2022. Thereafter, when the matter was listed after a long period, on 07.03.2025, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that a speaking order wa.s passed on 28.04.2013 and sought time to produce a copy of the order. 5. ^ Today, when the matter is listed, Sri Sai Harsha, learned counsel representing Sri K.V. Raghuveer, learned counsel for the respondents produced a copy of the order passed by the Project Officer, Rajiv Vidya Mission (SSA), Kurnool, vide Rc.No.E-5/AE’s/EW/2011-12 dated 28.04.2013, wherein it was stated that the petitioners are not eligible for the subject allowances and in fact the order was communicated to the petitioners. 6. Sri Babji, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that the petitioners did not receive a copy of the order. 7. 8. A copy of the order is handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, since a speaking order- was passed by the Project Officer in pursuance of order dated 22.12.i911, though some delay occurred, in the considered opinion of this court, the 9. SRS,J C.C.No.254 of 2012 resp'ndents did not commit any contempt, by not implementing the order dated 22.12.2011 in W.P.No.22936 of 2011. Therefore, this contempt case is closed, giving liberty to the petitioners to challenge the speaking order passed by the Project Officer, Rajiv Vidya Mission (SSA), Kurnool, vide Rc.No.E-5/AE’s/EW/2011-12 dated 28.04.2013.
