That the direction may kindly be issued to the respondents to pay the amount of revised arrear of salary w.e.f. 01.01.2016 to rto pay the amount of revised arrear of salary (wef 1-1-2016 to 30-11-2021), arrear of revised gratuity ( DCRG), Leave encashment and commutation of pension Amount along with interest @ 18% from the date on which same falls due (ie 1-1- 2016) till its realization. ii, That the direction may kindly be issued to the respondents to released the arrear of monthly pension to the petitioner on the basis of last drawn salary on revised basis as same has been re-fixed w.e.f 1-1-2016 till its realization on the amount of 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 commutation of pension.” 2. Learned Counsel for the parties inform the Court submits that as the issue raised in this petition is pending before the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court, this petition be disposed of with the direction that the judgment of the Hon’ble Division Bench in CWP No.2108 of 2023, titled as Bhagat Ram versus Himachal Road Transport Corporation and others shall be binding upon the parties.
