Order 16/12/2025
1. The present appeal assails the order dated 09.09.2025 passed by learned Singh Judge, whereby the application for impleadment moved by the appellant was rejected.
2. It is informed that the main writ petition was finally decided by the learned Single Bench on 06.11.2025.
[2025:RJ-JP:50675-DB] (2 of 2) [SAW-1402/2025]
3.
Learned counsel, therefore, submits that he should be allowed to challenge the main order.
4. Considering that the appellant was not impleaded as a party to the writ petition and the impleadment application has already been rejected, we do not find any reason to now entertain this appeal after the writ petition itself has attained finality.
5. So far as the right of the writ petitioner to challenge the
order passed finally is concerned, the same will be examined as and when any appeal is filed against the concerned order.
6. In view of above, the present civil special appeal is accordingly, dismissed as having become infructuous.
7. All pending application(s) also stand disposed of.
