It is submitted that a representation dated 17th September, 2025 is pending consideration before the Officer-in-Charge, Netaji Nagar Police Station being the respondent no. 4 herein. 3. Learned counsel for the State has submitted a report forwarded by the Officer-in-Charge, Netaji Nagar Police Station. 4. Upon hearing the parties and on perusal of the said report, it appears that there is a long standing Page 2 property dispute in between the parties and the dispute also relates to the common facilities. A specific case has been started by the police on the complaint made by the petitioner. 5. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the representation dated 17th September, 2025 shall be considered by the respondent no. 4 in accordance with law by giving a reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties. 6. The respondents are directed to restore the water supply, if it has been found to be obstructed. 7. The writ petition stands disposed of. 8.
