Junior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri, Guntur District to be illegal, unjust and unwarranted and in clear violation of Art.21 of the constitution of India and in utter negation of the fundamental rights guaranteed under Art.22(2) of the constitution of India etc., and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2021 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to pass interim order directing Respondent No.4 not to call the petitioner frequently to Tadepalli LandO P.S., Guntur District , detain him illegally, un-authorizedly and un-lawfully and harass and coerce him to settle with Respondents Nos. 6 to 9 under threats of impending prosecution and use of physical force etc., and thus interfering in the civil disputes and to refrain from harassing him at the instance of Respondents Nos. 6 to 9, in regard to the subject matter of Original Suit in O.S. No.239 of 2019 on the file of Ld. Prl.
