Heard Mr.Dore Raj B.H., learned arguing counsel for the petitioner.
Considering the submissions made and perusing the orders dated 17.10.2025 and 04.02.2026, this Court is inclined to grant interim orders.
Accordingly, there shall be a direction to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 not to take any coercive action of disconnection of power supply to the petitioner-Industry, pursuant to the Bill dated 03.02.2026, subject to the petitioner paying Rs.11 lakhs, within a period of six (6) weeks from today.
