The present Writ Petition is filed by the Writ Petitioner seeking to release an amount of Rs.9,63,696/-. 3. The Respondent No.3 has filed the Counter Affidavit with certain material papers. Para Nos.3 & 4 of the Counter Affidavit would clearly admit the liability on the part of the Official Respondents insofar as the claim made by the Writ Petitioner is concerned. Vide Proceeding dated 18.03 2025, the Managing Director of Respondent No.2 Corporation had addressed a letter to the Special Chief Secretary to Government, Housing Department bearing Letter No.APSHCL-11/67/2024-ENGG SEC/MGNREGS to release the fund for the purpose of disbursing the said amount to the Writ Petitioner herein. 4. Since the claim of the Writ Petitioner has been admitted and that the Managing Director of Respondent No.2 has already addressed a letter to the Special Chief Secretary to Government, Housing Department on 18.03.2025, there shall be a direction to the Principal Secretary, Housing Department (Respondent No.1) to complete the entire administrative process. Inter departmental and Intra-departmental, within a period of 12 weeks from today and transfer the amount to the account of the Writ Petitioner within four weeks thereafter. Writ Petitioner is directed to submit the bank details to the Respondent No.2 within one week from today for effecting such transfer. • 3 5.
