This Court vide order dated 10.04.2024 has referred the dispute to the Mediation Centre of this Court on deposit of Rs. 15,000/- and interim protection was granted to the applicants in this respect, however, the amount has not been deposited. 2. The time extension application is being pressed by learned counsel for the applicant on the ground that applicant has sustained fracture injuries, however, neither the date of incident nor any documentary evidence in this respect has been stated in the affidavit filed in support of the time extension application. 3. The present application for extension of time has been filed although the time for depositing the amount has already been expired prior to filing of the time extension application. 4. Time extension cannot be granted in respect of the time which has already been expired. 5. Since the applicants have not deposited the amount in pursuance of the order dated 10.04.2024, the present application is, accordingly, rejected. In Re: Application u/s 482 1. In the present case, applicants have enjoyed the stay order without depositing the amount as directed by this Court by order dated 10.04.2024. Once the applicant has not complied with the order dated 10.04.2024, he is not entitled to be heard by this Court. 2. Accordingly, the application u/s 482 is dismissed. 3. Interim order granted earlier stands vacated. 4. A copy of this order shall be sent by Registrar Compliance of this Court to the court concerned for information.
