This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "to issue a Writ or direction in the nature of Mandamus Commanding the Chairman, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Adll. District Judge, Jhansi to finally adjudicate and pass the Award in pending Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 429 of 2019 (Smt. Anjali Shukla and another versus Smt. Simran Rawal and others) within stipulated period;" 2. It is contended that Motor Accident Claim Petition No.429 of 2019 is pending consideration before Motor Accident Claim Tribunal/ Additional District Judge, Jhansi. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for early disposal of the said claim petition. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon Presiding Officer, Motor Accident Claim Tribunal/Additional District Judge, Jhansi to decide the Claim Petition No.429 of 2019 (Smt njali Shukla and Another vs. Smt. Simran Rawal and others), in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
