Impugning the proceedings issued by the Divisional Electrical Engineer (O), Southern Power Distribution Company vide Memo No.DEE/O/ GDR/ ADM/U1/D.NO.452/2002 dated 12.02.2002, the aforementioned writ petition was filed. ...CONTEMNOR(S) 2. The said writ petition was allowed on 27.08.2015. The operative portion of the order reads as under; 3. Alleging non-implementation, the above contempt case is filed. 5. The respondents filed a reply affidavit along with a copy of the proceedings issued by the Executive Engineer (O), APSPDCL, Gudur, vide Memo No.EE/O/GDR/JAO/Adm/SA 1/D.No.1223/2022 dated 22.10.2022. A perusal of the proceedings would indicate that the petitioner has been notionally promoted w.e.f. 01.02.1995 on par with S.K. Subhan. Thus, the proceedings indicate compliance of the order. 6. Given the proceedings, dated 22.10.2022, the order dated 27.08.2015 has been complied with, though some delay occurred. Therefore, in the considered opinion of this court, the respondents did not commit any contempt by not implementing the order 27.08.2015 in W.P.No.4717 of 2002. 7. Therefore, the contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to 8. costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. Sd/-K.
