Fact, however, remains that learned Counsel for complainant appears and submits that the complainant had already filed Special leave to Appeal (Crl.) No. 10817 of 2025 (numbered as SLP (Crl.) No. 021200/2025) seeking cancellation of regular bail to the applicant herein in which the Hon’ble Supreme Court has already issued notice on 19.12.2025. 3. When asked, learned counsel for applicant pleaded his ignorance about the abovesaid SLP. He, however, undertakes to instruct the applicant to defend the abovesaid SLP. 4. In view of the above, at the moment, he does not press the present application, with liberty to file the application afresh. 5. The present application stands disposed of as not pressed. 6.
