Case No. 48 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(c) and 29 of the NDPS Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 194 kg of Ganja from the petitioner. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 15.03.2024. 5. Considering the quantum of recovery from the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.
