Heard Mr. Badruddin Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Soumya Rai, learned Panel Lawyer for the respondents/ State. 2. The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:- “A) It is, therefore prayed that the Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash the F.I.R no 01/2022, Charge Sheet issued under section 498-A, 506, 406,34 of the IPC and 3 and 4 of Dowry Act and criminal proceeding 1818/22 pending before the JMFC Raipur Dist Raipur(C.G.) (B) That, the honble high court, being pleased, to quash cognizance order dated 4/3/22 passed by JMFC Raipur Dist Raipur(C.G.) in the interest of justice.” 3 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the State submits that charges has been framed on 17.05.2022, but the same has not been challenged. 4. At this point, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file a fresh with appropriate prayer. 5. Learned State counsel has no objection. 6. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 7.
