Romesh Verma, Judge (oral) The present petition has been filed alleging violation of order, dated 25.04.2024, as passed by this Court in CWPOA No. 7218/2019 and judgement, dated 12.11.2024 in LPA No. 211/2024 . 2 Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record instructions, dated 04.08.2026 and copy of order, dated 29.07.2026, as passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court, whereby the State of Himachal Pradesh has been granted four months’ 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes. 2 time to comply with the judgment, as passed by the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court. 3 Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition can be closed at this stage, with liberty to file an appropriate application for revival of the instant petition in case grievance of the petitioners remains unaddressed. 4 In view of above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and the same is closed, however with liberty, as aforesaid.
