The Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the interim stay granted on 26.02.2025 by this Court in C.M.P.No.18001 of 2024 and grant time to the petitioner/Appellant for depositing the balance amount to the credit of O.S.No.1953 of 2022 on the file of VI Additional City Civil Court at Chennai.

Since, Mr.A.Parthipan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner/appellant seeks time to deposit the entire decree amount of Rs.38,50,000/- and therefore, this Court is inclined to consider the miscellaneous petition. Time extended by two (2) weeks from today i.e., (29.04.2024) to deposit the entire decree amount of Rs.38,50,000/- [Rupees Thirty Eight Lakhs and Fifty Thousand only] to the credit of O.S.No.1953 of 2022 on the file of VI Additional City Civil Court at Chennai.
