GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: :: ORDER :: The above contempt case is filed complaining about the non- implementation of the order dated 21.06.2012 in W.P.No.20732 of 2011. 2. The petitioner filed W.P.No.20732 of 2011 to direct the respondents 3 to 5 to conduct a survey and fix boundaries to the land of an extent of Ac.0.37 cents in Sy.No.122/2 of Madakalavari Palli Village, Gopavaram Mandal, YSR District. The said writ petition was disposed of on 21.06.2012, directing the respondent No.3 to conduct survey and fix the boundaries, after issuing notice to all the concerned and considering objections, if any. 3. Sri Bhagat Singh, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted the instructions of the Tahsildar, Gopavaram Mandal vide Ref.No.A/688/2012, dated 07.04.2025. A perusal of the instructions would indicate that in pursuance of the order dated 21.06.2012, a survey was conducted and boundaries were fixed on 23.11.2012 and the petitioner also signed on the statement. 4. Given the instructions, in the considered opinion of this court, the order dated 21.06.2012 in W.P.No.20732 of 2011, has been complied with. 5. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
