Learned counsel for the petitioner submits the petitioner had been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 26.03.2025 with a clause of verification of criminal antecedents and the instant application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner stating therein that process of verification has taken some time and hence, prayer for extension of time for surrender has been made. 3. In such view of the matter, the modification application is allowed and the time to surrender of the petitioner, above named and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33835 of 2025(2) dt.19-05-2025 2/2 order dated 26.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11226 of 2025 is extended by two weeks from the production/communication of a copy of this order. 4.
