In the order dated 28.01.2025, passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Capital Complex, Itanagar, it has been mentioned that WP(C)268(AP)2015 was disposed of by an order dated 31.08.2015 with a direction to the petitioners’ to submit a fresh representation and accordingly, representation dated 03.09.2015, in continuation of earlier representation dated 30.06.2015 was submitted before the Deputy Commissioner, Capital Complex, Itanagar. From the copy of the representation dated 03.09.2015, available on record, the Court does not find any prayer made therein for allotment of the land. Under such circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioners prays for leave to withdraw this writ petition and to approach the Court again with all material particulars.
