Learned Assistant Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner impugned the proceedings dated 11.11.2022 passed by the learned Collector & District Magistrate, Sri Satya Sai District, Puttaparthi. This Court vide order dated 03.02.2025 set aside the said proceedings. In fact the said proceedings were issued against 15 individuals, including the petitioner and the petitioner alone has challenged the same. However, this Court, instead of confining the relief to the petitioner, has set aside the entire proceedings. Therefore, prayed to confine the relief granted to the Writ Petitioner alone. Accordingly, prayed to allow the petition. To the said submission, the respondent/Writ Petitioner reported no objection. Having considered the submissions made by learned Assistant Government Pleader and in view of the reasons mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed, confining the relief granted to the Writ Petitioner alone. Accordingly, this petitioner is ordered and in the result portion of the order in Writ Petition No.40013 of 2022, the words ‘in respect of the petitioner only’ be added after the words ‘setting aside the impugned proceedings vide R.Dis No.Land-1/1112/2022 dated 11.11.2022’.
