From perusal of the record, it transpires that instance criminal revision has been filed with delay of 431 days and till date delay has also not yet been condoned, it appears that the applicant has lost interest in pursuing the matter, due to efflux of time. 4. Accordingly, the criminal revision is dismissed on this ground alone. Interim relief if any stand vacated. 5.
