Learned counsel representing the parties are ad idem that question of lien is pending before Hon’ble Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No(s).40820 of 2024 titled as ‘State of Haryana and Others Versus ASI Jagpal Singh and Others’. 2. Learned State counsel submits that benefit granted to private respondents has already been withdrawn, thus, grievance of petitioner qua benefit to private respondents stands redressed. 3. Learned counsel representing the parties are in tandom that outcome of aforesaid SLP would be applicable to the petitioner. 4. In the wake of statement of both sides, the petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent to consider claim of petitioner within three months from the date of adjudication of aforesaid SLP.
