“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the impugned order dated 11-08-2025 (Annexure P-1) and impugned order dated 28-04- 2025 (Annexure P-2). 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent University not to threaten the petitioner any more for his further academic career and extracurricular activities. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent University to allow the petitioner to attend the further classes, upcoming examination and extracurricular activities with due respect to the Hall of Residence facilities as well. 10.4 That, the Honourable Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent's University to conduct the last two papers of the End-term Examination of 4th Semester, and not consider it as a Backlog Paper but rather a Regular Examination Paper of the Petitioner. 3 / 4 10.5 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deem fit and appropriate.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that by the way of this petition, the petitioner is challenging the impugned order dated 11-08- 2025 (Annexure P1) passed by the respondent No.02, whereby for a period of 4 semesters, the petitioner has been suspended from the university from 28-04-2025 to June 2027 with a monetary fine of Rs. 25,000/- and to leave the hostel immediately which has been sent through email on 12-08-2025 to the petitioner. The Petitioner is also challenging the impugned order dated 28-04-2025 (Annexure P2), whereby the Petitioner has been suspended from his examination and Hall of Residence, and to leave the hostel with immediate effect. During the course of argument, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly admitted that after dismissing of appeal, petitioner has filed the review application before the review Committee which has been partly allowed by the Committee. He further contended that during the pendency of this petition, the review committee has passed the order therefore, petitioner has not challenged the order of the review committee in this petition. 3. Learned State counsel not opposes the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents available on record. 4 / 4
5. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and submission made by learned counsel for the parties, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition, if new cause of action arises later on. 6. Accordingly, the instant petition stands disposed of. Sd/-
