The petitioners have filed the present petition under Section 528 of B.N.S.S with a prayer to issue appropriate directions to respondents No.1 and 2 to constitute a S.I.T for holding an enquiry against respondent No.4. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already submitted a representation dated 25.03.2025 (Annexure P-1) to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Mohali-respondent No.3 and he shall be satisfied at this stage, if directions are issued to respondent No.3 to look into the matter and take appropriate steps, in accordance with law. 3. Notice of motion. 4. On the asking of the Court, Mr. I.P.S Sabharwal, DAG, Punjab, who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents. 5.
