The petitioner has filed the present writ petition to direct the respondent authorities to release balance amount of leave encashment to the tune of Rs. 2,89,816/- as the petitioner stood retired on 31.07.2024. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner stood retired on 31.07.2024 and till date the petitioner has not been paid 240 days of leave encashment amount and it is very difficult for him to manage his family and is facing severe financial loss. 3. Learned counsel for respondent No. 4 on instruction would submit that within three months balance amount of leave encashment will be paid to the petitioner. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 5. Considering the fact that the petitioner stood retired on 31.07.2024 and more than 01 year has already been lapsed, the respondents are directed to release the entire balance amount of leave encashment to the petitioner within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.
