Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Sri Rakesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel holding brief of Sri Narendra Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. 2. This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioners have made the following prayers:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding respondent No.2 to decide the Complaint (Annexure No.5) of the petitioner pending before it since 12.03.24 within a fixed time frame." 3. Upon considering the material on record and upon hearing the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, we are of the view that the complaint filed by the petitioner should be decided expeditiously. 4. Accordingly, the respondent no.2 is directed to decide the complaint filed by the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 5.
