Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with POCSO Case No. 50 of 2024 arising out of Lawalong P.S. Case No. 36/2024, registered under Sections 448, 341, 323, 325, 354, 34 of IPC and Section 8 of POCSO Act and cognizance has been taken under sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 341, 323, 325, 354 of IPC, Section 8 of POCSO Act and Sections 3(1) (r) & 3(1) (w) (i) of SC/ST Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge (POCSO), Chatra. On 05.06.2024 at about 11:00 P.M. co-accused Mahtab Alam had entered into the house of the informant and tried to outrage the modesty of her daughter. The informant and his family members chastised him. Thereafter, he went home and came alongwith his family members and assaulted the informant and others. It was submitted that the only allegation against the petitioner is that he had gone to the house of the informant with the co-accused Mahtab Alam. It was further submitted that there is case and counter case for the same occurrence and both the sides have sustained injuries. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (POCSO), Chatra in connection with POCSO Case No. 50 of 2024 arising out of Lawalong P.S.
