Mr. T. Ete, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State is present. Considering the prayer of learned counsel for the applicant and also considering that no regular case has been registered as on today, the prayer for withdrawal is accepted. Accordingly, the present bail application stands closed as withdrawn. The interim order, passed on 27.03.2025 stands recalled.
