Heard and considered the submissions. It is an admitted fact that after completing 11 years of ser- vice the petitioner sought VRS which was accepted by the Bank. After acceptance of the VRS, the petitioner submitted an applica- tion to the Bank for reinstating him back in service. The petitioner is not able to show under which provision the reinstatement can be allowed once the VRS sought by him has been accepted.
