(Oral) The petitioner is a Committee of Management, which runs Janta Inter College Suraidaang, Pauri Garhwal (“the College”). There was shortage of teachers in the school. Therefore, the petitioner sought permission from the respondent no. 3/Chief Education Officer, Pauri Garhwal so that the vacant seats may be notified. But, it is the case of the petitioner that till date, no decision has been taken. Hence, the petitioner is before the Court. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already given an application on 13.02.2025, which is Annexure 7 to the writ petition, before the respondent no. 3, but, he has not taken any decision on it. He submits that the respondent no. 3 may be directed to decide the application dated 13.02.2025 filed by the petitioner within shortest possible time. 2 4. Learned State Counsel gives a statement that the application dated 13.02.2025 of the petitioner will be decided within three weeks from today. 5. The Court takes on record the statement made by the learned State Counsel. 6. In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 3/Chief Education Officer, Pauri Garhwal to decide the application of the petitioner dated 13.02.2025, Annexure No. 7 to the writ petition, within a period of three weeks from today.
