Subject to verification of correctness of calculations, for depositing the aforesaid amount, interim protection dated 24.06.2025 is extended by staying the operation and execution of impugned award dated 30.03.2024, passed by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-II, Kangra at Dharamshala, District Kangra, H.P. in MACP No. 10-D/2018, titled Amit Sharma vs. Gulshan Raj and Others, during pendency of the appeal, subject to alteration/modification/vacation on motion.
