CR-1982-2021 (O&M) and -2- other connected cases connected revision petitions shall stand disposed of by a common Order.
2. It is surprising that the plaintiffs after having remained successful before the trial Court have filed this revision petition. They filed a civil suit for grant of permanent injunction on the ground that they have purchased property comprised in particular khasra numbers, which was also identified by plot numbers. The trial Court decreed their suit, however, only plot number was referred in the operative part of the judgment. An application filed by the defendant for clearly mentioning the khasra number has been allowed by the trial Court. 3
Learned counsel representing the petitioners submits that he is dominus litis and therefore, the Court is required to pass the decree as per his pleadings. He has been repeatedly requested to explain the prejudice caused in specifically mentioning the khasra numbers of the property. He failed to explain the same.
4. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no ground to interfere is made out.
5. Hence, all the four revision petitions are dismissed.
