The claim of the respondent for incentive increment was rejected by the order impugned in the Writ Petition dated 04.11.2020. Upon challenge the Writ Court relied upon the judgment of a Single Judge in WP No.15624 and 15626 of 2020 dated 06.11.2023 and allowed the Writ Petition directing grant of increments within a period for six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. 2. It is brought to our notice that an Appeal filed against the order in WP No.15624 of 2020 was also dismissed by a Division Bench on 03.06.2024.
