Heard Sri Sandeep Kumar, learned counsel for petitioners and learned Standing Counsel. 2. Learned counsel for petitioner has not disputed that petitioners' appointment on compassionate basis on the post of Assistant Teachers were rightly cancelled, however, this writ petition was filed for purpose of payment of salary for a period they have worked prior to cancellation of services. 3. Learned counsel refers a judgment passed by Coordinate Bench of this Court in Deepak Mishra vs. State of U.P. and others, 2023:AHC:205342 wherein in similar circumstances, said writ petition was disposed of with a direction to consider grievance of petitioners therein and prays that same relief may be granted to petitioners herein. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has not disputed above referred judgment. 5. I have considered above submissions and it appears that since prayer is limited i.e. to grant salary for a period they worked before termination, therefore, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of Deepak Mishra (supra).
