1. The present CRMP has been filed by the petitioner with following prayer:
“ It is therefore prayed that this honourable Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and set aside the
order dated 04.10.2023 and the trial Court be directed to conclude the trial as early as possible in the interest of justice. ”
2. From the CIS report of the learned trial Court concerned which has been brought on record by the Registry of the Court regarding the disposal of S.Cr.C./U POCSO Act No. 21/2023, it appears that the said case has already been disposed of by the concerned trial Court vide order dated
02.08.2024.
3. In view of the above, the instant CRMP stands dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
