After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant submits the he may be permitted to withdraw the application. However, he submits that applicant is in jail since 02.08.2025, trial Court be directed to expedite the trial. 2. Learned counsel for the State submits that from the document enclosed, it is appearing that 14 witnesses out of total 27 have ALFIZA BAIG Digitally signed by ALFIZA BAIG Date: 2025.09.17 17:45:10 +0530 2 already been examined before the trial Court till 26.08.2025 and from order sheet itself, it is reflecting that learned trial Court has issued arrest warrant for witnesses who have not turned up for their examination. 3. In view of submission made by counsel for respective parties, application is dismissed as withdrawn, however trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and to take all necessary steps and measures as provided under BNSS, 2023 for examination of prosecution witnesses.
