Mr. Parikshit Saini, learned counsel, for the applicant. 2. Mr. S.C. Dumka, learned AGA, for the State of Uttarakhand. 3. The applicant, Ishtikar (Male), aged about 31, S/O Shri Nishar Ahmad, R/o 283, Lalawali Gali, Purani Tehsil, Roorkee, Gang Nahar, Haridwar, has filed the present bail application through his learned counsel, Sri Parikshit Saini. The learned AGA, Shri S.C. Dumka, opposes the application of the applicant. 4. Heard learned counsels for the parties, and perused the records. 5. The applicant has filed the present bail application in connection with FIR No.362 of 2023, registered under Sections 22 (c), 8 of the NDPS Act, at Police Station Manglaur, District Haridwar. He has sought his release on bail. The applicant is in judicial custody since 17.05.2023. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the co-accused, namely, Vinit has been granted bail by the coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 12.02.2025 in Second Bail Application No.290 of 2024, and it is a case of parity. To this, learned State Counsel admits this fact that the co-accused has been granted bail. 7. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the co- accused has been granted bail by the coordinate Bench of this Court, the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 8. The bail application is allowed. 9. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
