Petitioners have been made an accused in connection with Margomunda P. S. Case No. 74/2024 registered under of sections 80 (2) 238 61(1)3(5) of BNS 2023 and Sections 3/4 of D.P. Act, pending in the Court of Sri A.K. Dubey, learned J.M. 1st Class Madhupur. Petitioner no. 1 is mother-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is brother-in-law of the deceased Dali Kumari, who died an unnatural death within seven years of marriage. Her dead body was found in a well. Learned lawyer for the petitioners submitted that the deceased had died due to asphyxia because of drowning. It was further submitted that there is general allegation against the accused persons that they had tortured the deceased to enforce the demand of dowry. It was finally submitted that the husband of the deceased is in custody. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A.K.
