Sandhawalia, Chief Justice (Oral) Counsels for the petitioner(s) agreed that in view of the last order passed, necessary corrigendums have been issued by the Accountant General, whereby the commencement dates of pension have` been ordered to be read as 1.12.2016 and 1.1.2017, respectively instead of 1st April, 2023. 2. The said corrigendums also show that the payment of arrears of pension would be made as per the judgment passed, which is sought to be executed as per the order passed in the Writ Petitions in respect of the petitioners. 3. In such circumstances, let the payment of the arrears of pension be made within a period of two months from today. In view thereof, the present execution petitions stand disposed of, so also the pending miscellaneous applications, if any. (G.S.
