The petitioner prays for consideration of his representation dated 19/09/2025 by the respondent No.4. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the Port Trust submits that the writ application is not maintainable against an order of eviction and it is submitted that the order of eviction has already been put into effect. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner disputes the said fact and contends that he is still in possession. 4. Considering the said contentious issue the writ application being WPA 23586 of 2025 is disposed of with the direction that the respondent No.4 shall consider the representation dated 19/09/2025 filed by the writ petitioner. On hearing all stakeholders and decide the same within 30 days from the date of 2 this order by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law. 5. It is made clear that this Court is not gone into the merits of the case. 6. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
