Gudi Devi, who in turn has been identified by Shri Hawa Singh, CI of Police Station Karni Vihar, District Jaipur. Since, she is major, she has right to reside wherever she desires. Since, it is not a case of illegal detention, this habeas corpus petition is disposed of with a liberty to Ms. ‘N.S.’ to go wherever she desires.
