The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent No.2 has not complied with the order of the Hon’ble Apex Court in the case of Sarvesh Mathur vs. The Registrar General, High Court of Punjab and Haryana in Writ Petition (Criminal) No.351/2023 dated 06.10.2023 and the order dated 22.05.2023 in the case of Solvis Energie India Private Limited vs. State of Karnataka in Writ Petition No.10634/2021 (GM-KEB) in as much as the Karnataka Electricity Regulatory Commission (for short, “the KERC”) has not provided for E-appearance and other E-services, though E-filing has been permitted. It - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:3961 WP No. 101541 of 2025 was but required for the KERC to have complied with the directions, which have been issued. Not having done so, the petitioner has submitted a representation which has also not been considered. 4. In that view of the matter, I pass the following: ORDER (i) The petition is disposed. (ii) Mandamus issued directing the respondent to comply with the aforesaid orders within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Ordered accordingly.
